Directions: Exit M50 at exit No.6 (Blanchardstown). Follow signs for N3/M3 past Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. Take exit No. 5 off M3 motorway. At top of slip road, cross over motorway taking 3rd exit off roundabout to a second roundabout 100 metres ahead. Take second exit off this smaller roundabout heading back towards the city running parallel with the M3 motorway.

Continue past Topaz garage 500m on left hand side. Bracetown office park is a further 100m on left hand side.

• Belfast / Dublin Airport (M1) to Bracetown Business Park (Via M50)
• Exit Dublin Airport and follow all signs for the M1
• Travel along the M1 in the direction of Dublin
• Exit the M1 at Junction No. 3 following all signs for the M50, M2, M4, M7
• Travel Southbound along the M50 in the direction of M2, M3, M4 & M7
• Exit the M50 at Junction No. 6 and follow all signs for N3 & M3 Navan & Cavan.
• Exit the M3 at Junction No. 5 sign posted Ratoath & Trim.
• At the first Round-about follow the signs for Dunshaughlin & Ratoath
• At the second Round-about follow the signs for Clonee & Bracetown along the R147
•  Travel along the R147 for 1km and Bracetown Business Park is on your Left.

From Derry / Slane (M2) to Bracetown Business Park (Via M50)

• Upon reaching the M50 follow all signs for M3, M4 & M7
• Exit the M50 at Junction No. 6 onto the N3 & M3 and follow all signs for Navan & Cavan.
• Exit the M3 at Junction No. 5 sign posted Ratoath & Trim.
• At the first Round-about follow the signs for Dunshaughlin & Ratoath
• At the second Round-about follow the signs for Clonee & Bracetown along the R147
• Travel along the R147 for 1km and Bracetown Business Park is on your Left.

From Cavan / Navan (M3) to The Bracetown Business Park

• Exit the M3 at Junction No. 5 and follow the signs for Ratoath
• At the second Round-about follow the signs for Clonee & Bracetown along the R147
•  Travel along the R147 for 1km and Bracetown Business Park is on your left.
• From Dublin City Centre (M3) to The Bracetown Business Park
• Travel along the Quays to Parkgate Street and go straight through the Phoenix Park.
• Turn Right at the traffic lights at the main exit gates of the Phoenix Park.
• At the second Round-about, turn left in the direction of the M3, Navan & Cavan,
• Continue straight following the directions for the N3 & M3, Navan & Cavan.
• Exit the M3 at Junction No. 5 sign posted Ratoath & Trim.
• At the first Round-about follow the signs for Dunshaughlin & Ratoath
• At the second Round-about follow the signs for Clonee & Bracetown along the R147

From Wexford (M11), Cork (M7) Galway (M4) to Bracetown Business Park (Via M50)

• Upon reaching the M50 follow the signs Northbound for Airport, M3, M2 and M1
• Exit the M50 at Junction No. 6 onto the M3 and follow all signs for Navan & Cavan.
• Exit the M3 at Junction No. 5 sign posted Ratoath & Trim.
